Meet the Founder
Peter Neill
Peter is an active real estate investor, fund manager, and capital raiser with over nine years of investing experience. He is the Co-Founder and one of the Managing Partners of GSP REI, a vertically integrated residential real estate investment company managing over $55MM in combined AUM. Peter has a diverse background in real estate investing including all aspects of Single-Family and Multi-Family Rentals as well as First and Second Mortgage investing.
Going beyond residential real estate, Peter actively maintains a real estate salesperson license in the state of Pennsylvania. His license is held with Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate. He has experience in all aspects of Land Development, Multi-Family, Industrial, Retail, Office, and Specialized Commercial Real Estate underwriting, acquisitions, leasing, and disposition.
During his career Peter has worked with hundreds of Accredited Investors helping them invest in real estate and mortgage investment funds as well as direct investment opportunities. Peter is also a passive investor himself and always looking to diversify and invest personally and through self-directed retirement accounts.
