Thank you for your interest in joining Accredited Life, The Accredited Investor Community.
My name is Peter Neill, I am the Founder and Lead Facilitator of the Community. During my career as a Real Estate Investor and Fund Manager, I have worked with hundreds of Accredited Investors helping them invest in Real Estate actively and passively to reach their personal, family, and professional goals. I understand the challenges Accredited Investors face when it comes to building and preserving wealth, family governance, tax planning and overall wealth, investment, cash flow, and charitable planning.
I started Accredited Life to create an open space for like minded people to share, collaborate, and learn from one another’s experience and wisdom. Membership in Accredited Life is free. The Accredited Life Community meets at least once a month virtually through Zoom. There is NO selling, NO gurus, NO pressure of any kind. Our agenda is discussing the macro and micro market conditions, what we are currently investing in and why, what challenges we’re having, what successes we are having, our wealth and charitable goals, etc.
The only requirement is you must qualify as an Accredited Investor per the SEC’s definition:
Net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner)
OR
Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year
